This class is taught by FIT by Jessica. And kids are welcome to join in or play at the playground/splashpad while you get your muscle-burn on!
Bringing barre back to the basics, this class focuses on posture-based moves inspired by a combination of ballet, yoga and Pilates. The exercises will focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements. We will incorporate pilates moves to isolate the core, strengthen the abs and improve flexibility!
Class fee is $15 (cash only, please) which includes class and an incentive at one of the container restaurants (TBA)!
