SPANISH FORT, Ala. (October 3, 2017) – Cypress Equities companies* (“Cypress”) announced today that the real estate developer has secured tenant leases with two new operators to open locations at Spanish Fort Town Center early next year.
Urban Air Adventure Park, the nation's premier indoor trampoline and adventure park, will operate in the building soon to be vacated by Kangarooz Family Fun Center. Urban Air Adventure Park offers a variety of trampoline and thrill-seeking activities suitable for all ages and fitness levels across its wall-to-wall trampoline arenas, such as trampoline dodgeball, a slam dunk zone, multi-lane Urban Warrior course, indoor rock climbing, and Urban Air's signature Indoor Sky Coaster. The park also provides space for children’s birthday parties, church events and corporate functions. Urban Air will begin renovating the building in time for a spring 2018 grand opening.
Tots2Teens Fun Salon is a children’s salon and spa, designed to provide services in a fun and playful environment. Each chair in the salon features a tablet with controlled content specific to tots and teen age groups. In addition to an array of retail products specifically for children, the spa also features a party room. Tots2Teens is slated to open in spring 2018 near Total Quality Logistics.
