Spanish Fort Town Center to Welcome New Merchant

SPANISH FORT, Ala. (February 13, 2018)Cypress Equities companies* (“Cypress”) announced today that the real estate developer has finalized a tenant lease with Beauty World Beauty Supply to operate a location at Spanish Fort Town Center, tentatively slated to open in late summer this year.

Beauty World Beauty Supply’s primary business is the retail sale of human hair, synthetic hair, wigs, cosmetics, beauty chemicals and other beauty-related merchandise.  The retailer will occupy approximately 5,000 square feet located at 21500 Town Center Avenue, Suite B5, situated beside Kohl’s department store.

“We are excited to have this new retailer come to Spanish Fort Town Center,” stated Michael Wheat, managing director of leasing for Cypress Equities, the shopping center owner and managing agent.  “This addition will further expand the diverse and unique offerings available to our loyal Baldwin County shoppers.”

Beauty World Beauty Supply will join Tots2Teens Fun Salon, which will conduct its grand opening celebration at Spanish Fort Town Center on Saturday, February 17.  Following that, Urban Air Adventure Park is slated to open its 20,000-square-foot trampoline and adventure park in early March.

Spanish Fort Town Center is a 448,748-square-foot, mixed-use retail property that encompasses 230 acres and is currently anchored by Bass Pro Shops, Kohl’s and JCPenney.  Other merchants include Fairways Indoor Golf Club, TQL, Direct Furniture and Oishi Japanese Sushi Bar and Grill.  Spanish Fort Town Center also features a 3.5-acre community park, Town Center Park.
